1. Shipping and Freight Policy

1.1 Delivery Area

We provide free shipping for all orders worldwide

All orders are shipped from our global warehouse using trusted local couriers.

1.2 Delivery times

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 5 to 9 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday

1.3 Tracking

All orders include a tracking code. As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking link.

1.4 Shipping rates

We offer free shipping for all orders worldwide

1.5 Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final order value. There are no additional charges on delivery.

1. 6 Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
